I agree somewhat here. The movie does manage to capture a lot of the 80's as I remember it back then. The fashion, drugs, and music.
However, I don't agree with the substance part of the movie. Less Than Zero focuses on the richies, lifestyle, and drugs. Losing it all. Nor are "all" Michael Mann movies have the substance...
can you say Miami Vice (the movie)? I'm still trying to figure that piece of shit out.
