I did the express checkout in the room.....I just got my receipt from the Hard Rock and when I checked in I had only my card and my friend's cards on file.....and accouting earlier told me that they were the only cards charged for my room....so according to the hotel I did not use his card nor did I try.....I will have all documentation tomorrow sent over to my attorney and he can figure out what I do next.....Hard Rock is in for a fight.....I am pissed that I got blamed for someone else's bad luck....I hope that this can clear things up.
