First, I genuinely hope that Caza gets his wallet and it's contents back...
With that said, this mystery would be solved by now if Ed Deline and Danny McCoy were on the case:
The strangest elements of this story to me, are that:
Lisa claims she was at the airport at the time someone tried to use Caza's card to pay for her hotel room. If her account was already closed out as she claims (via Express Check-Out), why would she or the other's in her room bother trying to use a stolen credit card to pay for the room?
It should be easy enough to determine if that is the case.
Why would a contest competitor hatch up such a Machiavellian scheme to discredit someone? Also, why would a thief try to pay for a total strangers hotel room knowing they would risk getting busted?
I hope the hotel tapes either exonerate or implicate Lisa (or one of her associates - hubby or roommate).
The plot thickens...
