Caza v. Sparxxx: Won't happen in superior court, doesn't meet the statutory requirements. Could happen in small claims court but proving that there was $1000 in the wallet would be next to impossible. You can't just SAY what you had, you have to prove it.

Sparxxx v. Mike Hawk/Caza: There is a case here, especially if she loses the booble contest. But regardless of whether or not there is a strong case, I would gladly pay for the audio transcript:


Clerk of the Court: Now Hearing Sparxxx vs. Mike Hawk. Is Ms. Sparxxx present in the courtroom? Is Mike Hawk present? Mike Hawk, now calling Mike Hawk, is Mike Hawk here in the courtroom?

Judge: Clerk, is Mike Hawk here in the courtroom? Have you seen Mike Hawk?

Clerk of the Court: Your honor, I can't seem to find Mike Hawk. I don't know where Mike Hawk is. Have you seen Mike Hawk your honor?

etc, etc, etc, etc. You can finish it yourself, don't make it go more than a few more lines, then it just gets silly.
