Actually, that is incorrect. We had a large package sent via UPS disappear a few years ago. I spent some time with UPS loss prevention trying to track it down. What I learned was that when an item is shipped using a stolen credit card, the #1 suspect is not the resident where the item was shipped but someone within a 2 mile radius of that location.
