I think Sherk has a good case to appeal his positive level. I believe the Nandrolone level of an athlete exerting himself is a 6, and Sherk's level was a 12. I believe Royce Gracie's level in his positive test was a 50, and I honestly believe he did juice. With the crazy amount of supplements Sherk takes I wouldn't be surprised if one of them was to blame.
Before you jump on the supplement argument, several athletes have successfully sued supplement companies that are putting substances that are not listing on the ingredients in their product, including an Italian athlete here
