Chances are they are potless and could never bank a mill to save their own lives, but armed up with a series of laminated color brochures. I've never let any of these people thru the front door - and that has paid off many times over.
The only thing that can be generally said is, - keep your mind wide open and spend some time on research. That can be very cheap, but have excellent rewards in the time spent doing it. And, no hurry. Also.. only my
