I am happy to report that linkwavescom has sent some very clever engineers to our otay mesa data center to evaluate the issue with the router we purchased from them. The problem with it was impossible for even Cisco to properly troubleshoot, yet linkwaves engineers went over it completely and got the router working perfectly. Even though this issue resorted to the boards, I am happy to report that we are already placing orders for further equipment with linkwaves based on how solid thier engineers were when they came.

Further to that, I would like to thank Mike for addressing the issue after we finally figured out what the issue was.

Aside from the posts, drama, etc related to this, I will refer them for any and all Cisco gear. Keep in mind, we have a long relationship with Linkwaves and they have always been nice in our book... This recent pow-wow was caused by some miscommunication between engineering staff related to the state of the Supervisory boards and IOS. Were all on the same page now.
