I hardly ever feel down and out. It's all about mindset and I dont focus on what I dont HAVE but rather what I DO have. This works in all areas of our lives. That doesnt mean shit doesnt happen cause it does and it always will. If I dwell on it or continue to bitch about how shitty things are I am just feeding on negative energy, which never accomplishes anything. Doing that only brings you closer and closer to giving up and the more you get into these situations and only reflect on the negative you are setting yourself up for harder and harder falls. Its like a drain that slowly clogs, if you dont take care of it in time its going to get to big and cause the drain to fail all together.
Problems are not big, we just make them that way.
Find new patterns of thinking... Find new addictions... There is no such thing as no hope...
