Just stating the obvious, if a program is receiving traffic without a referral it's generally
by the program, for the benefit of the program. Yup, affiliates just LOVE to send traffic without referrals on stolen credit cards to a CCBill program on revshare. Not one part of that makes sense. Unless it's someone that TMC canned for fraud and wanted to get back at them (many other ways to do than then send them traffic

).
But fuck, anything is possible. TMC sounds like they want to cooperate, though maybe because of this thread and they feel guilty. Or they feel they have all their bases covered. Since they're CCBill, filing fraud charges might get the information from CCBill. Wouldn't be surprised at all that it leads to an account that is only used to promote TMC and a dummy information on the account.
But just as big a revelation: 16k worth of traffic for only 10 signups a day? Holy fuck. Only a program buying that traffic could possibly consider profiting from that. An affiliate would be fortunate to get even 1/2 of their investment back. Time for Traffic Holder to drop prices.
God damn.
