As an affiliate, if you tried to use CCBill first and he got declined and then got accepted as a result of being redirected to an alternative payment option, I wouldn't be pissed.
But if you had CCBill and other billing on the same page and he could elect his billing option, I wouldn't like it and wouldn't promote your sites.
