i dont think so , i think it was a perfectly normal assumption for the average webmaster to think tsm had something to do with it
he def went about it way too quick but his assumption was based on the FACTS he had at the time , FACT was the traffic was going there so he assumed they bought it..
now we know a bit more of the story the facts have changed so it was premature to suspect a no ref code link meant the program was at fault.
once again the moral of the story is do as much fact checking as you can before you fly off the handle.
