If that's all true then I suppose you have nothing to worry about.
Any chance you can get her to come and post confirmation of all that, or at least her side? Because I'm telling you straight out I won't touch a site much less putting work into promoting one where the model isn't in full support of it and actually wants it taken down.
I, like a lot of webmasters here have been burned before by this sort of solo girl horseshit.
