I think he needs to do a lot more than say sorry.
How about a few months of sending traffic for free to make up for the damage he did?
I have to admit I took the thread on face value and assumed the proper investigations had been done about who bought the traffic and where it went. Seems I was wrong.
TMC hit me up and I will put up a banner inside my site for free.
