I would doubt it, we have paid for the trademark "Big Sister" to be registered in the whole Europe and just about every subject of commerce, and I can tell it REALLY wasn't cheap, would the office let you trademark another trademark breaching brand?
I am not sure if we are also in Australia, but if we get in trouble in Australia, we will use alternate brand, same way as we will do with US where we can hardly use "Big Sister" unless we want to get in trouble with charity.
