Its a parasitic relationship. A big problem in this business because a few guys who were lucky enough to get in early get big chips on their shoulders and feel they can do no wrong get a few other leeches who will just parrot what they say to stay in hopes of getting a little something more out of them (see: yes men). These "bros" don't have any real friends. If they went broke tomorrow, they would just be another troll.
