Take your E-mail sign ups received.
Match that to:
The end of week report sent on Fridays in a spreadsheet.
Compare that to the sign ups in the stat's system totals.
Conversions on your website ratio report.
You will find that they match any time you do it.
Redundancy, and transparency is a beautiful thing.
