She has to go to prison for this:
1) Taking a vehicle without the owners permission
2) Driving without insurance
3) Driving while under the influence
4) Possession of cocaine
5) Reckless driving
6) Endangering peoples lives
7) False statements to the police
8) GBH to the guys foot
9) Leaving the scene of an accident
and all while awaiting another DUI charge. If I was the judge I would give her 2 years in prison.
