That reminds me of how Servage grows itself. They lure people with big numbers in allowed bandwidth use but when your site reaches certain amount of traffic (1% of given bandwidth) they will suspend your site and place their link there instead as to use the traffic for their own good.
This seems to be a similar deal - domains with no traffic are not worth much. You start building traffic and once the domain reaches the traffic that's worth it, you might want to go and check out how well it perform only to see it redirect to some random site whihc you don't own and all the traffic you have built will go to benefit somebody else, not you.
Yup, that is the way Servage operates.
