It would be a VERY BAD thing to ban Russians from the interweeb.

Denying Star69 access would only cause him to fly to the States to attend NFL football games wearing a cheesy guerilla suit, surrounded by a bevy of models with hairy armpits and moles galore - waving a placcard with his domain on it everytime the little red light goes on the network TV cameras.
Is that what you want to see on Monday night football?
