+1,000,000 to your post! I'm using their service for years. And I was never disappointed buy it. NEVER! I've changed a lot of hosting companies, but 3fn is something beyond of anything else. Their admins are always online (doesn't matter if it's a ticket system or ICQ) and they are able to resolve
any problem at any moment. I'm not a guru in Apache administration, but I've never hired an admin for my dedicated server because the 3fn guys do all the things I need and even don't ask me to pay an extra for that job. Once again: I'm using their service for a long time, but I'm still impressed like the one who just has discovered something new!
