Im not picking on anyone personally and I never said everyone from russia was a scammer. What I am saying is that most countries, keep the thieves in check.
Just because some idiot decided to not ship that dvd player or ipod they sold you on ebay, after they cashed your check, doesn't mean he is going to get away with it. Which would explain for most that graph posted in this thread.
