Not it's you missed a point. Both services were founded by Russians. As I said above a lot of serous paysites the ppl here use to sell are belong to Russians but their companies are registered in the USA and EU because those countries have much better laws regarding adult industry that Russia. Don't try to type so much. Just try to think of that I have said.

P.S. As about the hosting companies, so course almost all of they keep their servers in the USA because of bandwidth prices (they are not so cheap here in Russia).
