No brainer. I get less than 1% traffic from Russia and its neighboring dwarf states, and god only knows how few the actual sign ups are. In exchange I get 95% of hacker attacks, password sharing and multiple subnet crap from there.
China, baby. They love my tits and don't mind to shell out a couple if Yens to see them.
