No worries/ It doesn't matter how big or small the amounts are, a scam is a scam and others should be warned. Dude must be desperate.
This particular guy is online and posting on other forums etc. Not too wise given the fact he uses his real name, address, etc. to conduct a scam business. There is plenty of information out there on him including all information which is easily found including home #'s etc. IF you really want to get a hold of him, you can
