However there was a law-suite and women's advocates won so it is alowed to go topless on beaches. As for ugly - non ugly I would say Americans women have no respect for thier siluette or how they dress. That why Europeans girls dress way much sexy, eat less burgers and wear high heels and look better then Americans girls. After seeing more then 20 countries including East/West CA/UASA, and some Europeans countries I would say Cechs/Polish are among the best then Romanian/Russians/Nordic. French girls are not the best but not the worst.
