So I had a thought. If the US government just did things and didn't have CNN streaming constant propaganda into hundreds of millions of homes to "paint the background" for their moves, they'd look a lot crazier. Obviously CNN is a huge tool for them, without a doubt, no matter how you look at it.
So what about a hostile takeover of Time Warner? I mean there's much bigger companies out there, couldn't an international conglomerate come along and buy up assloads of stock? I dunno wtf I'm talking about, maybe someone can tell me if that's possible in this situation?
If they lost control of that, it would be a huge blow I'd think. Fire all the top CNN execs and replace them with real journalists, unconnected to the country. Fuck it, move head offices to Canada!
