The difference in inside job and conspiracy is that an inside job exists and a conspiracy is just hearsay and cannot be proven.
In answering your question I would have to guess yes if it was a conspiracy alot of janitors who worked there would be popping up with stories of men climbing elevator shafts at 3A.M. in jump suits and ropes with bags.
But we have heard nothing of this so I tend to believe it was an inside job and those that saw anything if any were paid off quit nice.
Hows about a legal citezenship for you and your illegal family, and $100,000 sound to you?
You have to understand that most of the workers in these buildings back then were working illegaly on Visas and something like this could have been arranged.

So you think that people were "paid off" with the promise of citizenship and $100k. But everyone who investigated 9/11 failed to notice that Jose survived 9/11, suddenly bought a house on his janitor's pay, and his entire familiy suddenly got citizenship? Trust me, if such a person came foward today he would be a multi millionaire for giving a hand ful of interviews and a national hero instead of having to live with all of this guilt.
The amount of pepole involved in this would have been staggering. Just to give you an idea of this....
- Someone to rig up the WTC with explosives.
- Someone to fly the plane or remote control fly the plane.
- Someone to plant the cars left behind at the airport.
- Some to create entire fake histories of non existant people
- Someone to rig the cameras at the airports.
And this is just for the WTC in NY. What about Fight 93 in PA?
- Someone had to have fired a missile.
- Someone had to have noticed a missile missing. How many people are on a flight crew that would have noticed a missile missing?
- Some to edit all of the radar tapes and voice recordings.
Then there is the Pentagon....
- Someone had to have fired a large missile to launch it into the Pentagon.
- Someone had to have fueled that missile.
- And dozens must have seen it take off.
- And dozens more must have noticed their silo was empty.

If it was an inside job then hundreds of people must have been involved - and surely one of them would have come foward.
And it if was a conspiracy.... Then all of this is pointless.
