You guys are acting as though I'm seeking an investment of cash that I can do with it what I would like. This is more or less a commitment to invest. Notice how I also said this is for "seasoned TGP owners/adult industry experts". This is not just a monetary investment, but also a experience investment. Whomever would "commit" to invest in this, would also play a role in the overall scope of the project.
