I am sure you guys already know this, but don't hold your breath if you emailed epassporte..... they are slowest I have ever seen for replying, but if you actually phone their toll free number (1.877.372.7790) they are pretty efficient..... if you are patient and wait long enough to be answered "due to unusually high call volume" (caused by not answering emails I imagined :D )
