He had a good idea and just because someone else had it 12 years ago doesn't mean they should get the domain which they paid $75 for at the time.
I mean why should he have to settle for a $9 domain that is exactly the same as the $75 domain except with an "s" at the end. Wouldn't the guy with the $75 domain be stealing his type-in traffic??
