I don't know what type of negiotions you are working out with him. He sold your content, received the money and didn't pay you. He needs to pay you back, anything short of a payment plan (assuming he doesnt have the whole sum of money) shouldn't be discussed. But, something is telling me he is trying to work out a deal with you, i can hear him begging you to say it was a mistake, or using the money as leverage for you to post that it was a missunderstanding. If that is the case I hope you don't negotiate with him.

It is pretty apparent what happened here, even more so that he hasn't chimmed in to defend himself.

My money is that he is doing whatever he can to get you to say this was a mistake....
