I had considered those girls with low cut tops to be sluts until I talked about that with my gf. She said the girls do dress for themsevles and girls do like others (and other girls as well) paying attention to their beauty (read as: long sexy legs, yummy tits, round ass, etc) However there is a line which is better not to cross as it's very easy to become looking really slutty.
