I call that stealing, and it says a lot about your finances. Says a lot to your potential affiliates, they might have to wait to get paid if a "bill" pops up. Also says you don't have a lot of money backing you when you have to use other people's money, with out their permission to cover one of your bills, and the amount was only $1,200. It is only logical that you didn't have 1200 of your own to your name or you wouldn't have used his money.

Again, not that he should have to explain his business to you...but I'm almost positive his program is a CCBill only program. So there's no need to people to be worried about getting paid.
The parties involved worked things out. I don't get why you keep trying to drag it on.
