In most cases i'd say the boyfriends care more about the money she makes than the fact that she is getting her holes stretched by countless other guys.
I saw a scene in one of Chico Wangs movies where Chelsea Rae was being banged by 4 guys while her boyfriend of 5 years watched. The guy didn't seemed to too thrilled to be watching it but I'm sure it was also his idea to get her into porn in the first place. Pretty funny.
