This will be my one and only public statement regarding the custom TGP packages. Please read this carefully.
First, this was never a scam. I built and delivered many TGPs from April through June of this year. I had dozens of satisfied clients. Then on June 25th my fiancee and live-in girlfriend of 7 1/2 years and I split up. I told a few of you this and some of you were simply told I was going through personal problems. Regardless the last seven weeks have been very rough for me and clearing my head to get work done was extremely difficult.
Second, April Whitehurst has NOTHING to do with any of this. She has not lived with me since the problems with orders started happening. She never profited one dime from any of this. And she never sold or emailed anyone. Those of you who have been posting pictures of her should immediately take them down. You are slandering an innocent person. Her only connection to any of this is that I used her PayPal account which until we broke up was our couple's account. She never had a role in anything.
Third, everyone who purchased from me and did not receive anything will get a full refund. Period. If you have already filed a claim with PayPal you will get a refund through PayPal. I am going to send a check in to them to get refunds going as soon as possible. For those of you who did not yet file a PayPal dispute or who paid with ePassporte you too will get a full refund.
What I am asking is that anyone who feels that they are owed money please email
[email protected]. Include your name, mailing address for the refund to be sent, what you ordered, when you ordered, and how much of a refund you are entitled to receive. I know some people got at least their designs and were happy with a partial refund.
I am working and will issue refunds as funds become available. I'll do them on a first come first serve basis. And this will be wrapped up in short order.
No one owes me anything. I understand that. It is no one's fault that my relationship didn't work out and thus my head was messed up for several weeks. This is business and I should have separated the two. But please keep April out of this. Call me. Email me. But she had absolutely nothing to do with any of this and should be treated as such.
