Warren, we are all people here, who have personal problems and have to deal with them at one point of our lives. Any reasonable person would understand, if you explained that you are having a difficult period and that you need more time to finish the projects. In that case, some would grant you with more time, including me, and some would want a refund. In both cases you would keep your professional standard high and you would have avoided this big mess.
Instead however, you refused to refund in most cases, often you ignored emails and kept making promises that you could not keep, which eventually lead to you having to deal with this angry crowd.
I keep no hard feelings, I am stepping out of this. I have sent you an email requesting a half refund.
