The guy is clueless if he things Ibill and Paypal have any great bearing on the porn business.
Even the very anal and arrogant AG of the US admitted that some forms of porn are protected free speech. The supreme court doesn't have to rule that something is legal for it to be legal. They have not ruled on breathing or walking down the street, but both of those things are acceptable.
