Just looking back through some old emails from 10 years ago.

The first sponsor program I ever signed up to was

www.4wyw.com - Karl Bernard from Maedae Multimedia which of course is now known as http://www.gammacash.com/

Signed up with them 18th April 1997.

Back then you had to send them an invoice every month to get paid

We did really well with there sites, those were the good old days!
