i thought so at first then I consider the way it went. i wasn't found innocent, or not guilty. the case was dismissed so they just re-filed the the charges against me. kinda scary actually. if th cop doesn't show and the case is dismissed can they get the cop and have another run at you? they don't but could they? it's their ball and they play the game they want.
