But anyway, as I stated originally, I was looking for old sites that people found very little use for and maybe weren't making anything with in the first place. If you have a profitable site, don't sell it. It's as simple as that. These could be a simple 1 page TGP2 gallery, regular avs site, single story page, etc.

i can give you the urls of some directories where you'll find tons of those.
but i am curious as to what exactly you plan to do with the content/traffic you're corralling.
