Hi,

I will start a few sites soon, and I expect a lot of (important) emails as well.

When someone refers to his earlier email, I wanna find it soon, and I wanna search on subjects and names as well.

I know I can make a lot of folders in outlook, but when you have 200MB emails, it will slow it down a lot...

Is there a program(or can you program) that does this? So like, I open my email(outlook), and when I;m ready with the email, I can add this message with all detais easily in the program.

When someone refers to this email, I open the program, search on the name, and voila...

ANy idea?
