and that is all that would be needed from torrent sites out there now
change their model....use a db to track whos content belong to who..and make sure you are sending sales to the correct sponsor.
another note: dont rip their content use the stuff the provide in webmaster tools...hell you can find alot of video content in most programs tools these days
