lol too funny, and for those who give a shit (or want to make one themselves)
(I may be wrong here BUT....)
The audio was made using MSTalkit (or something like it)
The moving mouth video was made with CrazyTalk (or again, something like it)
I'm damn near positive on the audio as I've NEVER seen any other program using that EXACT voice pack since the software was created long long ago. MSTalkit is a free program where you Type out ANY Text and then by clicking buttons can make it speak in about 30 diff voice styles.
The video I'm a bit less sure of, but CrazyTalk from Realusian(sic) allows ou to take ANY photo then click on the mouth areas and it will then sync to an audio file.
