already changed the name. changed it to hottiewood models.

the point was that i registered the name planet hottiewood and it was approved from the trademark office. they found ZERO conflict in name according to their scrutiny. hence, the trademark system doesn't always work.

i have several 'hottiewood' sites and branding options. including, 'hottiewood planet'

what's interesting is that they don't have so much a problem with the 'name' per se, but the fact that my original logo registered in june conflicts with their logo registered two months later. when i designed my logo, i had NO idea they were changing, nor did i even SEE their logo...obviously..
