I guess you could use one camera as a step-stool so you can get a bit higher of a shot on the other camera's angle.
You could also take one of the camera's apart, and use the lens in the sunlight to focus the heat energy and burn one of the models on an outdoor set, so you'll catch them saying "ouch" (will probably want to get a special release prepared for that one, though).
You could film a camera sitting on a chair. Can't really do that if you only have one camera... well, unless you have a mirror - but then it's only the reflection of the same camera, so it's not really the same thing. And you couldn't film the side of a camera... even IF you had a mirror. So there's that.
