Believe me I know how casinos market, and that is NOT what is happening here. He is sending a false referral from a guy that has NO intention of playing there to get a bonus payout, and online casinos despise this so much they have a name for it, "bonus whoring". As soon as they detect the pattern they will close his account and seize all of the money in it.
