good post, i'm not defending him if he's running fraud.
if my friend hit me up to play 20 at a casino with a 100 bonus, personally if i felt like playing at that moment i'd play the 20 and then the 100 because cashing out is a pain in the ass for 100 bucks. the 20 bucks i could care less about. if within the next year i felt like playing again, i'd probably use that same casino since i had an account there last.
