Well I doubt you'll get any help as people here either think you're a man or just want to wank over your pics (not that I have anything against either options)
I'm a noob in the adult biz myself but my advice is, find out what it is exactly you want to do, use the search function here and on other adult webmaster forums to find posts about what you wan to do and then read them. After that you should ask a lot of questions and ignore the dick heads such as the people who post that they like poo (you know who you are). Eventually you'll figure out that a lot of the popular ways to make cash here are relatively easy to do.
