So much for homeland security.
At least they can stop real threats like you and me flying with too much toothpaste or hand gel. Think of the damage we could do with that while 100s of unchecked trucks pour across the boarder every day.
I hate to say it, but we need another 9-11 or two to smack some sense into the idiots running the US government. Of course that would mean losing more freedoms, but that is going to happen regardless.
